2011 Annual Progress Report
All freshman students must have a dental check-up according to the Iowa law passed July 1, 2008. Dental screening forms and letters were mailed May 31, 2011. All dental forms must be returned to the school by December 1, 2011. These records are audited annually. If you have any questions, please contact Kathy Peterson, B.S.N. Corning School Nurse, at 322-4020.
